In 2016, Michael Ritchie joined the family business his father founded back in 1960. With a background in marketing, Michael brought a fresh vision to Southwest Emblem. While consulting for various companies, Michael quickly noticed the lack of a reliable, one-stop shop for promotional products, which led him to expand Southwest Emblem’s promotional line.

Fast forward to 2024, and Southwest Swag was launched as an extension of Southwest Emblem, dedicated entirely to promotional products that help businesses grow through personalized branding. As a business owner himself, Michael is passionate about helping others succeed through marketing tools like promotional items.
